The number of arbitrators shall be one. The place of arbitration shall be Broward County, FL. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. 11.3 The parties waive all rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with this Agreement. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens. 12. Advertising. You shall not use Prescriptiondrugs.com’s name or any language, pictures, or symbols which could, in Prescriptiondrugs.com’s judgment, imply Prescriptiondrugs.com’s endorsement in any (i) written or oral advertising or presentation, and/or (ii) brochure, newsletter, book, or other written material of whatever nature, without prior written consent. 13. Force Majeure.
