Scabies

Scabies is a skin rash caused by mites that are spread by skin-to-skin contact. Commonly affecting the wrists, elbows, and webbing of the fingers, scabies is marked by blisters and red bumps (or papules) of the skin. One can also experience scabies of the face, neck, hands, and feet. Scabies produces symptoms that are more persistent than other skin conditions and there are no definitive treatment methods for the condition.
