Restless Leg Syndrome

Restless Leg Syndrome is a condition characterized by a strong, uncontrollable urge to move their legs. As restless leg syndrome can occur in the evenings, this condition is usually accompanied by difficulty sleeping. There is currently no cure for restless leg syndrome; however, one can treat this condition by relaxing the leg muscles with warm baths and stretching exercises. Prescription drugs are available for severe cases of RLS.
