Common Medicines - Prescription Drugs

Common medicines; prescription drugs and over-the-counter remedies, often have similar ingredients designed to treat similar problems in different ways.  For example, some prescription medicine may contain opiates to be used as pain killers even though the conditions the drug is treating are on opposite ends of the spectrum.
