While Advil is an over-the-counter medicine used for common aches and pains, it is important for the consumer to be aware of possible Advil side effects. Advil, a form of ibuprofen, is often used for every day problems such as headache and backache.

Others include difficulty breathing/swallowing, hair loss, dizziness, extreme fatigue, unsteady blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, hives, loss of appetite, seizures, stupor, stiff neck/back, wheezing, swollen glands and vomiting blood.
