The latest in a line of cities joining prescription discount card programs is Hanover Park, IL. Hanover Park is rolling out the program available through the National League of Cities, Hanover being a member of the League. Other member Illinois cities using the card are Hoffman Estates, Rolling Meadows and Schaumburg. Counties using the program through the National Association of Counties are Cook, Lake, DuPage and McHenry.
